Welding
Our highly skilled welders, coupled with with the latest welding technologies and tools ensure the best results. With welding often being the final process, the quality achieved by the previous operations throughout our factory becomes evident and contributes to a faultless finish.Our welding capabilities in mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel include:

Punch & Shearing
Corcoran’s currently has a SM-PS90 Steelmaster Multi Cylinder Punch & Shear. This machine has a 90 ton capacity. Our machine enables us to meet your exact and precise requirements. For more information about our punching and shearing capablities
Rolling & Bending
Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s, uses only the latest technology in bending machinery.Our quality control procedures ensure that material are not marked during this process
Design Phase
Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s, believe that this stage is perhaps the most important of the whole project.
With our design, programming and production system, Corcoran’s are able to achieve results with minimum stress and waste. Any potential problems can be identified using 3D Models as our aim is always to achieve a high quality product. We also can work with various different briefs including using Customers samples, sketches, templates, work instructions, hardcopy drawings or electronic files.
Cutting
Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s have the necessary skill set to provide you with a high quality finished product. We cover all aspects of metal cutting.
Our precision machinery enables us to deliver acurate and precise products to suit your projects. Our Shark 332 CCS machine can cut to 60° left up to 45° right and leaves a smooth edge on the cut. Our brobo saw can cut through almost any material.
Plasma Cutting
Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s, can facilitate jobs that range from one offs to larger quantities. Our highly skilled workforce ensure that the finished product is done to your specifications.
Laser Cutting
Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s, can facilitate jobs that range from one offs to larger quantities. Laser cutting machines can take input directly from CAD files and are capable of achieving results otherwise unobtainable from conventional methods. Laser cutting provides a highly accurate end product and because of Corcoran’s NSW Pty Ltd’s quality control procedures we can produce a product that is both complex and intriget
